Health & Protection Insurance Adviser

Salary:
£25k - £35k DOE + generous monthly bonus scheme

Location:
Brighton - Hybrid working is available

Hours:
Mon - Fri (full time)


Are you looking to work for a well-established financial services organisation that offers a professional and friendly working environment? My client is looking for proactive and bright individuals to join their health and protection team providing adviceto professional clients and business owners.

You will already have a background within insurance or financial insurance ideally within sales.


Responsibilities:


  • Providing advice on whole of market for life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection and private medical insurance.
  • Ensuring customer qualifies for the policies.
  • Managing all aspects of the sales process.
  • Liaising with insurers and underwriters.
  • Managing a pipeline of active business.
  • Ensuring all FCA regulations and compliance is adhered to.
  • Confident communicator and highly motivated.
  • CII qualified, or a commitment to start the journey to become professionally qualified.
  • Proven background within insurance/financial services ideally within a broker environment, however it is not a necessity.
  • Thrives in a target and proactive environment.
