Trend Transformations offer a home makeover service installing high quality products. We work directly with our customers where the main focus is the kitchen and bathroom sector. Our standard for customer service is high and an important part of who we are.We're looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, a great telephone manner and confidence when speaking to people. It would suit applicants with a strong office/admin background as accurate reporting and listening skills are required.
The role is very varied and a good standard of Word and Excel skills are essential as is excellent spelling and good grammar.
Hours are 5 per day (flexible times to be agreed).Once familiar with our products and services, you will be able to answer customer enquiries by telephone and to book appointments when requested.
Main duties will include amongst others:
- Updating the customer database and excel spreadsheets. Preparing customer job packs for the installers.
- Keeping customer records and job boards up to date.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week
Salary:
£10.50 per hour
