Team Support is is looking for a highly experienced bar staff member to join a Pub in Westminster.

As a Bar Staff Member, you will be responsible for providing an excellent guest experience at all times.


You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will work to ensure each guest has a great experience.

You will need to be well groomed, presentable and speak fluent English.


Essential Functions:


  • Taking orders while working as part of a team
  • Working as part of a team to keep the bar stocked, organized, clean, and stocked with supplies
  • Cleaning the bar area and maintaining the highest level of personal hygiene standards
  • Maintaining the highest level of guest service by adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Communicating effectively with other team members to ensure an effective guest experience
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager to support the business needs of the team

Experience:


  • Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
  • Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
