An exciting opportunity has arisen for an innovative and dynamic leader to chair progressive Compass Wellbeing CIC. As a fully owned subsidiary of East London Foundation Trust Compass Wellbeing CIC has its own Board and CEO. The chair and CEO of Compass Wellbeing are appointed by East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT).

Compass mission of Social Justice has been achieved through relationship and developing and supporting resilience of wider third sector organisations in the geography we serve.

Compass Wellbeing has established relations in 3 ICS regions with ongoing communications with almost 6000 community and voluntary sector organisations.

Over the last two years Compass has commissioned over £6.0 Million services through the local VCSEs. This has supported the local VCSEs as well as improved services for our local residents. The Chair will work closely with the CEO in supporting the development and delivery of the Compass Wellbeing strategy.

The role along with the CEO will report to the ELFT Board for assurance as well as be directors of Compass wellbeing accountable to the Companies House and CIC regulator.
