Gresham Hunt have partnered up with an insurance firm who are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to come in and support the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Responsibilities:

Preparing monthly Business Performance Pack and associated analysis
Consolidating performance of all brands within Specialty Broking and being to explain the "finance story" to senior management
Liaising with Finance Directors across all of the brands within Specialty Broking to standardise reporting and ensure a consistent approach across the trading teams
Preparing annual budgets, quarterly reforecast and longterm plans
Coordinating with Financial Control to help understand cashflow, particularly the impact of cash collections from income
Coaching and supporting the existing two finance analysts within FP&A
A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Minimum 5 years of experience within FP&A/Commercial Finance
Ability to influence others and demonstrate confidence when dealing with both finance and nonfinance stakeholders
Highly collaborative with the ability to adapt approach, think on your feet, and have a cando mentality
Team player who is able to support & coach the finance analysts within the FP&A team
Robust and pragmatic, with the ability to manage conflicting demands and operate in a timepressured environment
