Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join a friendly team based in Dorking on a permanent part time basis.

Working hours will vary but they can accommodate 3 full days 8am to 6pm or Monday to Friday at reduced hours.

Please note if you wish to work all week, you must be available for either the opening time or closing time for each shift (for example 8am to 1pmor 1pm to 6pm or similar etc.)
Paying £10.50ph


Duties will include:

• Greeting people on arrival
• Booking appointments face to face, over the phone and on the online system
• General admin duties as required

The Individual:

• Friendly and approachable with an excellent telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and to a high standard
• Previous experience in a receptionist/secretary role is a must
