We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Lead to join our team. As a Training Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing our training programs.

Your role will involve assessing the training needs of various departments, creating engaging training materials, and ensuring that employees receive the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive training plans aligned with the company's objectives.
Design and create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and elearning courses.
Conduct training sessions both inperson and virtually, ensuring highquality delivery and engagement.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and address skill gaps.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as necessary.
Manage a team of trainers and coordinate training schedules.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a training and development role, with a track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
Strong understanding of various training methods and techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in training and development are a plus.
