Main Responsibilities:
We have a fantastic, well-established client based in Slough seeking an enthusiastic Senior Customer Service Administrator.
- The role would be dealing with customer queries or complaints in a timely manner, processing orders, liaising with couriers organising delivery and following up postdelivery. Encompassing the full client journey in a B2B environment.
- General administration, such as diary management, booking meetings and uploading new customers onto the database.
S4 is acting as an agency for this role.
