Based: Elm Tree Court, Devizes with some home working available

Hours:
Permanent - 30 hours per week


An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Fundraising and Engagement Directorate at Wiltshire Wildlife Trust to play a key role in helping to generate membership income that is vital to sustaining and growing all the Trust's activities and engaging members with our work.

Providing the administration function for our members, you will be responsible for the end to end member process and maintenance of the database.

This includes the administration of the member files, collection of monies through direct debit and other platforms and engaging with our members and supporters.

You will also run reports for mailings and monthly reports.


The post would suit an applicant who has a strong administrative background and a history of providing outstanding customer service digitally and by phone.
