Description

We are looking for an experienced Inbound Sales Executive to join a market leading company in Burgess Hill.

You will be working in a very valuable industry, our client works in stem cell storage which is collected from umbilical cords at birth and kept in frozen storage centres for future medical interventions.

Being quite a complex operation you will need to have had experience working within a fairly complex sales role.

Monday to Friday

Burgess Hill

Salary £23,000

Plus bonuses - OTE £28,000 - £30,000

Free on-site parking
Your customers are expecting parents who have already purchased a Stem Cell Storage solution.

You will be the first point of contact for these customers, dealing with any questions and payments. You will also present relevant additional products and services to customers where appropriate.

If you are interested in medical technology and are passionate about customer experience, this is a great opportunity to gain access to this sector.

Key duties:

Resolving customer queries and providing excellent customer support
Liaising with multiple departments to check on customers' processes and required actions they have to take
Trouble shooting processes to ensure any issues are identified and dealt with in a timely manner
Preparing and checking customer invoices
Updating customers with their services' status as necessary throughout the process
Promoting additional services and upgrading customers' packages
