I'm delighted to be working with a market leading law firm in the tech and life sciences space with their search for a new Communications Manager.

The role holder will work closely with the firms director of M&BD to lead and deliver on the firms internalcommunications strategy whilst also supporting the team responsible for external communications.

This senior role will work hand in hand with the Firm's leadership team to providing strategic planning and communications support to all parts of the business.

This is a full-time, permanent position and the role holder will be based in the firms London office where they operate a hybrid working model of 2-3 days per week in the office (flexible).

Key responsibilities

Devise compelling communication and engagement plans, draft engaging content and work with internal stakeholders to create and tailor content for their key audiences
Provide strategic guidance, editorial support, advising on the development of key messages and where appropriate, assisting in training designated spokespeople in delivering these messages
Support in the delivery of Firm's objectives by providing advice on the most appropriate channels and best practice methods for the delivery of communications
Working with all parts of the firm, ensure all communication is consistent with the Firm's culture, vision, strategy and key messages
Oversee and supervise award and directory submissions
Support the Firm in the creation and placing of external communications in particular with legal, trade and business press

Experience/skills required

Experience of developing and implementing communication strategies
Ability to produce sophisticated and contextual communications written and verbal
Experience with integrated communications and knowledge of the marketing mix, including use of digital and social media
Strong interpersonal skills, including pleasant nature and ability to influence others
