Job Outline:

My client who is a leading supplier of specialist high-tech instrumentation, now requires a Sales/Service support erson to join their growing team.

Working at my client's facility in Leatherhead, you will be providing support to both the sales, and service function of my client's business.

On a daily basis you will be liaising with both internal and external customers to provide a high level of support and communication.

You will be working closely with suppliers and import/export/shipping companies to organise deliveries and update customers on delivery schedules.

You will also work closely with my client's service/installation team to arrange product installation and support when required.

In addition to this you will also generate product quotations and follow up on these when required.

An understanding of import/export will be a great advantage.

Qualifications/Experience:

It is expected that you will have a background in customer support, sales/sales support, service support and import/export of goods/products.
