Regulatory Enforcement Officer (Licensing):

This is a great opportunity for the right person to join our Licensing Team within the Public Protection Service. Licensing in Cheshire West and Chester is an exciting and varied area of work.

The post involves ensuring compliance with conditions and legislation associated with all types of licences and registrations granted by the Council.

Principal duties include, investigating and responding to complaints, carrying out inspections and compliance visits, conducting criminal investigations, conducting and recording interviews, attendance at Licensing Committee, court, monitoring and responding to correspondence and accurately updating computerised records.
