We have 2 x roles that are ideal for a high-calibre individual with the necessary skill set to lead a team of approximately 5-10 scientists working on a cross-functional platform of projects primarily focussed on a challenging and complex base business resiliency plan to sustain future growth of, the Health Care brands.

The challenging roles comprises of leading a team of scientists across the Hull site and interacting with other sites globally across Europe and North America - both from a managerial and technical excellence point of view - whilst dealing with a multitude of challenging and changing situations and stakeholders.

You will succeed because you

Will be working with the team manager and technical project leads and be responsible for all R&D technical activities, day to day management and resourcing for the compliance programme & supply plan projects under your remit.

Accountable for the delivery and execution of the project work of your team as well as KPI's and delivery of project milestones of your team.

Responsible for the development of your direct line reports and accountable for that of the overall team you lead.

You'll succeed becauseyou're
Degree qualified in a scientific discipline. An excellent communicator - equally comfortable dealing with colleagues whether they're in marketing, supply or the laboratory. Familiar with the product development and scale-up process from feasibility, validation, testing to trials. Ideally in a regulated environment. Intellectually curious, a creative and tenacious problem solver. Driven to overcome scientific and technical obstacles.
