Tuesday - Thursday , Friday

What We're Looking For:

As a crucial member of our team, we're seeking an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels under pressure, and possesses excellent multitasking abilities.

Strong communication skills are a must, as you'll be interacting with patients, colleagues, and professionals on a daily basis.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  • Manage appointment scheduling efficiently, coordinating with dental professionals to optimize patient flow.
  • Call handling and respond to inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Cashing handing and banking
  • Ad hoc reception tasks

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Friendly demeanour and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 32.5 per week


Salary:
£11.00-£12.50 per hour
