Customer Advisor
37 hours a week (Monday - Friday)
Dorchester/Weymouth/Hybrid working
£22,777 to £25,409
Fixed term until March 2023.
The Customer Services Team at Dorset Council provide face to face, telephone, webchat and digital support to help our customers access the wide range of services we provide.
As a service we have adapted a hybrid approach to working.
As well as having the ability to work from home or from our main office at County Hall in Dorchester, you will be a required to work from different locations across the Dorset Council area where we provide face-to-face support to our customers.
Therefore the ability to travel on occasion is essential.What you will be doing:

You will be joining our existing highly motivated and supportive team who deliver excellent face to face, contact centre and digital services across the council.
We are on a digital journey to provide the best online services for those that wish to use them, to allow us more time to support those that need us most.
About you:
We require Customer Advisors who are passionate and proactive about delivering excellent customer service and who have the ability to help a wide range of customer's access our services face to face, on the phone and digitally.
