Description

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

supporting on variety of product governance and distributor oversight activities

- delivery and implementation of the Consumer Duty project, working closely with Head of Product, Head of Distribution Services and Consumer Duty Project Manager ahead of April 202

Support with product governance requirements
Review of disclosures requirements, and potential development of process and procedural documents
Review of cost and charges disclosures requirements and recommended enhancements

Required experience:

Deep working knowledge of MIFID II/PROD Product Governance requirements
Informed on the Consumer Duty legislation
Project management skills
Strong writing skills, producing board and committee papers and development framework and policy documents
Ability to work independently in a fastchanging environment
