Description

Reactive Sales - to include:


  • Acting as first response team member providing followup calls where relevant.
  • Overseeing the trainee live chat feature on the company website, ensuring all traffic is monitored and actioned as appropriate and in good time.
  • Working alongside the Education Admissions Administrator to guarantee all enquiries from prospective students receive the highest standards of service from initial communication/enquiry through to successful enrolment. Where required and particular in peakperiods assist with the admissions administration process.
**Proactive Sales - include:
- *
  • Creating an extensive network and seeking opportunities with Schools, Colleges, Federations, Unions and other Learning Providers to promote their Education as a nextlevel option for future students.
  • Close liaison with the marketing and student recruitment teams at existing partnering universities (University of Birmingham and University of Highlands & Islands) to promote Studies as well as 'Top Up' programmes.
  • Working with the Media team and Heads of Education to create engaging marketing material and campaigns
  • In conjunction with Management
  • Iseek opportunities to promote the full range of
Education to Company Members working overseas and those wishing to embark on a career working overseas.

**General Promotional Assistance - to include: - **- Monitoring all activity and processes utilising the company's CRM and other systems. Analyse data and suggest improvements to processes that will add real value.


QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:


  • Proven experience in an executive level role, with student recruitment, in a Membership Sales role.
  • An excellent understanding of business disciplines and a proven record of exceeding business targets
  • Experience of carrying out business research, analysing trends and translating data into the planning and delivery of a sales strategy
  • Excellent IT skills familiar with CRM/database systems
  • Knowledge of Data Protection
  • Highly organised
  • Target/results driven
  • Confident and able to work independently
  • Have a passion to succeed
  • Able to build strong relationships and network naturally
