We're looking for a Head of Insights to join an industry leading organisation that is currently going through a big period of growth due to continued success

This small-medium sized company provides innovative solutions to some of the biggest names & organisations out there This position will be crucial to the companies development moving forwards.

You will take ownership over all strategic and commercial Insights moving forwards with the support of a small team. You will have full autonomy & ownership over your function, driving the use of Insights to influence the business strategy and future products

Key Responsibilities:

To Lead and develop full endend strategic Insights propositions across media planning, campaign reporting, measurement, analysis, customer behaviour, market trends
Work closely with other business teams to create & deliver targeted insights & reports that support client retention & growth strategy
Work with key client stakeholders to identify insight needs and to provide solutions
Lead & develop your team to deliver industry leading insights into major brands media networks. Creating meaningful insights & recommendations to present to clients.
Grow successful longterm relationships with key clients
Be responsible for defining best practice within your team, striving for innovation and new ways to better present accurate insights
Create a supportive environment that encourages progression, sharing and learning
