Signature Recruitment has an exciting opportunity with our client, a leading London University, as an Events Assistant.
This is a full-time role, on a temporary contract with the benefit of hybrid workingEvents Assistant Main Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder liaison
- Supporting the planning, organisation and delivery of events
- AV support
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Booking catering for events
- Processing booking requests
- Updating and maintaining events trackers
- Ad hoc administrative duties
Events Assistant Skills and Experience:
- Fast-Learner
- Excellent communication skills
