Role & Responsibilities
- Configuration, control and system modification
- Work closely with sales management, marketing, technical management and IT to contribute to the development of the company's processes
- Handle incoming support inquiries and manage user needs
Skills & Qualifications
- 3 + years Salesforce Admin experience
- Experience with Sales, Service clouds would be ideal as well as Pardot and CPQ, but not essential
- Familiar navigating a complex org and dealing with a range of stakeholders
