Role & Responsibilities

  • Configuration, control and system modification
  • Work closely with sales management, marketing, technical management and IT to contribute to the development of the company's processes
  • Handle incoming support inquiries and manage user needs

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 + years Salesforce Admin experience
  • Experience with Sales, Service clouds would be ideal as well as Pardot and CPQ, but not essential
  • Familiar navigating a complex org and dealing with a range of stakeholders
