Description

The post holder will provide a comprehensive support service to Dental and Optometry contractors, including diary management for the Senior Contract Manager of Primary Care.

The role is responsible for the monitoring of each practice's performance and quality as well as other key areas. It acts as the first line of support to all staff based in Dental and Optometry practices.

Send regular reminders (daily, weekly, monthly etc) to Practice staff about the deadlines by which their information is required. Send alerts to staff who have failed to submit information by agreed deadlines


Provide and receive complex information and reports (routine and adhoc) that cover a variety of dental/optometry related areas such as waiting times, referrals, appointments, OOH services provided, quality & safety, training and performances.

These will be in a variety of formats e.g. tables in Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables etc
