With offices all over the country this software development company are looking for an Accounts Payable & Expenses Assistant to join their team in Manchester.
Responsibilities include:
- Supplier reconciliations
- Processing Expenses
- Preparation of weekly/monthly supplier payment runs
- Credit Card reconciliations
- A strong understanding of both AP and AR processes including expenses
- Experience in an Accounts team
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, Vlookup, Hlookup etc)
