Description

Oversight of annual financial audit and completion of the partnership financial statements and consolidated company financial statements.
Preparation of the corporation tax return and partnership tax returns.
Revenue and expense forecasting.
Review of regulatory returns; HMRC (VAT returns, PSA, P11Ds), FCA (IFPR quarterly returns and ICARA scenario forecasting and support) and ONS surveys.
Long term cashflow and regulatory forecasting.
Review of monthend process.
Refining policies and procedures.
Oversight of the finance team, in the absence of the Head of Finance.
Provide ad hoc support to CFO and other team members.

Skills

Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with relevant PQE experience, ideally within financial services.
Strong IT skills, in particular Microsoft Excel.
Ability to manage own workload.
Attention to detail.
Team player in group environment.
