Description
Patersons Quarries are an independent quarrying company based in Coatbridge, we have sites across the central belt of Scotland and supply a wide range of quarry products, readymix concrete, concrete blocks and concrete bricks.
We require a Sales Administrator for order processing and invoicing within our busy sales office, based in Coatbridge.Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensure all telephone calls are handled in a courteous and respectable manner.
- Deal with customer queries and complaints both efficiently and effectively and escalate to Sales Office Manager if necessary.
- Process sales data and process Invoices/credit notes as necessary.
- File all paperwork generated.
- Various Admin duties.
- Working on spreadsheets.
Key Requirements
- Computer literate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Good organisational skills.
- Be able to work within a team and a busy sales office.
