Patersons Quarries are an independent quarrying company based in Coatbridge, we have sites across the central belt of Scotland and supply a wide range of quarry products, readymix concrete, concrete blocks and concrete bricks.

We require a Sales Administrator for order processing and invoicing within our busy sales office, based in Coatbridge.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all telephone calls are handled in a courteous and respectable manner.
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints both efficiently and effectively and escalate to Sales Office Manager if necessary.
  • Process sales data and process Invoices/credit notes as necessary.
  • File all paperwork generated.
  • Various Admin duties.
  • Working on spreadsheets.

Key Requirements

  • Computer literate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Be able to work within a team and a busy sales office.
