We are recruiting a Handyperson.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that the Computerised Maintenance Management System (SI7) is used to capture all Planned Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance and General Work Requests that you undertake.
Carry out site inspections as per the SI7 agreed plan.
Coordinate with third party suppliers to carry out specialist maintenance works in line with the Planned Maintenance schedule and Reactive work requirements.
Understand and comply with all site HSE policies.
Carry out facilities handyman tasks (minor plumbing, moving, and handling of items, PPM tasks, nontechnical reactive tasks)
Site decoration as per agreed plan (painting)
Minor plumbing / carpentry alterations
Undertake general planned preventative maintenance tasks.
Undertake daily/weekly/monthly site inspections as required.
Provide cover for colleague's holidays / sickness.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
To wear personal protective equipment when conditions require or when required to do so by the relevant risk assessment, method statement or mandatory signage.
Work safely always, alone or as part of the onsite team.
Be always professional.

Personal Experience/Qualifications/Skills

Experience in a similar role, proven record managing workload, ideally from a building fabric background
