Full Time - 39 Hours per week - Temporary Contract end March 2024 (Pending Review)
It's an exciting time at Aspire housing and we have several opportunities for experienced tradespeople to join our expanding maintenance team.
If you have a passion for providing excellent service which is in line with our People First ethos, with a right first-time fix attitude Aspire is the organisation to showcase your talents.
As you will need to hit the ground running, you will have experience within the building maintenance industry and be expected to undertake all aspects of work in respect of maintaining and improving our 9000-homes.
We are always thinking of smarter, simpler and slicker ways of doing things so being adaptable to change, collaborating with others and the desire to improve the lives of our diverse customers is key.
You must be able to organise and prioritise your workload to meet tight deadlines whilst ensuring quality and compliance, be flexible in your approach and able to take part in the Companies out-of-hours call-out service on a rota basis.
A full driving licence is also essential.
