Care Coordinator
Pulse Nursing at home (part of Xyla & Acacium Group)
Edinburgh Dundee Street | Hybrid working, 3 days in office & 2 days working from home**
Permanent, Full Time 37.5 hours a week | Monday-Friday with shift patterns between
Opportunity to opt into a 9 day working fortnight
£25,000 per annum + 5% annual bonus**

Everyday you will
- Ensure the set up and stabilisation of new packages of care as well as managing these care packages long term
- Filling rotas to ensure we are adhering to our commissioned responsibility, and being able to think outside the box to ensure a rota is covered safely.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...
- Previous experience working as a healthcare coordinator
- Exceptional attention to detail and being able to manage work loads as well as working toward deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work independently to ensure the completion of our tasks
