We're seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Service Expert to join our dynamic team at London Marriott Hotel County Hall. Whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner, exceptional meals are not just about the food but also the outstanding service. As a team member, your role involves knowing the menu inside out, making recommendations, and ensuring guests are delighted with their dining experience. You play a crucial part in providing a 5-star service in the Executive Lounge & In-Room Dining, serving food and drinks promptly, efficiently, and with a smile. Your quick problem-solving skills will ensure guests leave satisfied and eager to return.

What you'll be responsible for

Ensuring all customers receive efficient service and confirming their satisfaction with the meal
Overseeing operations in the Executive Lounge including breakfast and evening canapes service
Setting up and maintaining the M Club for each service period
Maintaining cleanliness standards in the restaurant, buffet area, and kitchen

What we're seeking

Positive mindset and reliability

Physical requirements include moving and lifting items up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods. Safety training and certification are mandatory prior to starting.
