The Role

We are seeking a self-motivated Research Assistant to support a series of multi-method studies related to quality improvement in endoscopy.

There will be two major streams of work.

The second workstream relates to patient-reported experience of endoscopy. The team have developed the Newcastle ENDOPREMTM questionnaire, the first patient-reported experience measure in endoscopy.

The work will involve:

You will support these activities and assist in dissemination of findings from the work.

The post requires someone who has training and/or experience of both qualitative and quantitative research and is confident at liaising with a range of stakeholders.

You will join the ColoSpeed research group, a team based in the Population Health Sciences Institute.

The ColoSpeed research group is a dynamic research environment, with a varied applied research programme in endoscopy and colorectal cancer, and over £8 million in grant capture in the past 3 years.
