Are you ready to support the Ward Manager to lead an exceptional team?

Ward 17 are looking to recruit a highly motivated band 6 sister to work within our Multi-Speciality surgical ward at the Alexandra Hospital in Redditch.

We are looking for an organised individual that has the ability to lead the team, in a busy environment. You will be part of a management team and will together lead the ward staff and manage patient care.

It is an exciting time to join the team

The ward is a 28 bedded ward, with upto 4 beds providing enhanced care andcares for patients undergoing surgery, dealing with surgical specialties such as general surgery, urology, colorectal, gynaecology and breast.
