We have a wonderful opportunity for a Room Leader to join our friendly team in our 2-3 year old classroom.
We have a friendly staff team who all have a good sense of fun and enjoy planning for the children that we care for in our rural setting.
The post would suit someone with previous experience of working as a room leader in a nursery setting.Applicants should have a good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and be able to lead a small staff team of staff.
SEND experience is desirable but not essential.
We welcome applicants who hold a Level 3 qualification or higher, are dedicated, flexible, self-motivated, have good sense of fun and have the ability to organise the daily running of a classroom.
Full training would be offered and all our staff are supported with their personal career developments.
You will also be expected to attend regular team meetings to contribute ideas and work with colleagues to ensure our setting continues to move forwards with a quality improvement focus.
The position is full time, working all year round for approx. 40 hours per week.The nursery is open weekdays 08:00am - 17:30pm and is closed on all Bank holidays and the Christmas to New Year period.
The pay rate is negotiable upon the successful applicant's qualification and experience.How to apply
