Our client is a leading modern Estate & Lettings agency based in Rugby. They make effective use of modern technologies to provide an unrivalled service to their Vendors and Landlords alike.

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join their team. In return, our client is offering a generous commission structure at 10% of bankings plus Monday - Friday working hours


They will be highly motivated and ambitious and want to play an active part in the continued success of the Sales Team by achieving targets in all business income streams including property sales, booking valuations, financial service appointments and signups, conveyancing quotes and instructions.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties
  • Arranging & carrying out property viewings
  • Providing client feedback
  • Organising property valuations
  • Negotiating Sales
  • Liaising with sellers, buyers and solicitors
  • Progressing sales and updating all parties of the status
  • Handling telephone enquiries

Skills and experience required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent personal presentation and conduct
  • An organised and methodical approach
  • A valid UK driving licence & own car
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Evidence of good negotiation and influence skills
  • Evidence of targeted sales experience
  • Evidence of excellent customer service
