The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel is a 4 star hotel and conference centre with 168 bedrooms and 15 conference spaces.
We are Scotland's leading residential conference venue and a member of both the Venues of Excellence and the International Association of Conference Centre.
We are currently looking for a Kitchen Steward to join our award winning kitchen team.Reporting to the Executive Chef you will work with our current kitchen team which consistently delivers high levels of culinary experience to our conference delegates and hotel guest.
Working in a busy environment key duties include- Ensuring all kitchen stock are put away correctly and rotated
- Ensure all crockery is cleaned stored correctly
- Ensure all cooking utensils are washed and stored properly
- Ensure all bins and floors are cleaned as required
- Ensure all cleaning schedules are completed daily
Previous experience of working in a similar hotel environment would be advantageous for this role, not essential as full training will be given.
