Education Recruitment Consultant - Northampton Office
Are you wanting a unique recruitment role, working for the area's leading specialist primary supply agency?


The Role:

You will be responsible for the recruitment of suitable teachers and support staff within your area


This will include:

  • Ensuring all processes undertaken are compliant with company policy
You will also be responsible for managing and developing client relationships by:

  • Providing excellent customer service to current clients
  • Contacting prospective clients and organising sales meetings to drive business growth for the future
