The Role


This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional to support the upcoming rollout of our new HR Target Operating Model (TOM) for the organisation.

The role will be critical to the successful transition from to the HR/People Services Center and TOM.

This is a hands-on role which requires strong interpersonal skills and an ability to bring people on a transformation journey in a respectful and emphatic way.


Here's What You'll Be Doing:


  • Work with People Services Managers and Global Head of People Services to ensure the timely go live of the People Services team and overall HR TOM
  • Organize and track document library. Follow up to obtain any missing items
  • Rely on prior HR knowledge to build/adapt policies and guidance documents
  • Test processes and procedures through system handoffs and employee experiences.

What Do You Bring To The Role?

Essential

  • Excellent understanding of a range of HR Processes and Policies
  • Organised with excellent project management skills in order to breakdown tasks into executable, sequential and measurable steps for self and others
  • Proactive problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to influence, persuade, encourage, collaborate, motivate and coach peers and senior managers forging strong and effective working relationships
  • Knowledge of Service now and Workday would be a distinct advantage
