Product Owner (12 Months FTC)

In this role, you will be accountable for the delivery of digital e-commerce and self-service change. Essentially responsible for radically redefining the consumer P&L through selling and serving.


As Product Owner, you will work with the wider business to define the scope and requirements for each of the change initiatives and act as the key point of contact for the change initiative within the online team.

Who we are

The delivery team sits within the mobile division of Virgin Media O2, as part of the Online department. The team consists of Product Owners who manage digital change across 3 platforms.

They receive demand from product management channels, marketing/commercial, and regulatory change, and are responsible for ensuring that the product requirements are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget.

The must-haves

  • A proven track record of leadership and delivery of IT change within a mobile & digital environment
  • Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining strong agile working relationships with key suppliers including IT
  • Strong commercial acumen and clear understanding of aligning KPI's to key change programs
  • Ability to lead, motivate and work with virtual teams across business units to drive the achievement of a shared vision
  • Experienced in presenting to key stakeholders and peer groups alike
