Service Coordinator / Controller (Motor Vehicle / Service Engineers) £24,000 Basic + overtime

Monday to Friday, 08:4- 17:00 - Early finish Friday


Im looking for a
Service Controller to join our team and provide administrative support to the front line activities of the Service department.

This is an opportunity to work for a well established company who enjoy investing in their own staff and developing them


Main tasks and responsibilities.

  • Responding to customer enquiries for breakdowns and servicing.
  • Liaising with Depots regarding all aspects of repairs and service calls, as well as maintenance and service contracts.
  • Maintaining documents and files for maintenance contracts and service calls.
  • Raising quotes, estimates and invoices for chargeable work.
  • Maintaining service contract schedules and providing technical support where possible.
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ambitious as progress into management roles available
  • Selfmotivated, capable of working under pressure and able to operate with mínimal supervision.
