Due to expansion, our client is now looking to add an Administrator to the team.

This a varied role requiring someone who can help with not only general admin but also some marketing and social media updates and tasks.


The client, a supplier of all manner of goods to offices and businesses around the UK is pushing forward with a period of growth so this role is crucial to the support of the business.


Full (37.5 hours - 9-5pm flexi) or Part time options (27.5 hours - 9am-3pm flexi) are a possibility for this role.


Main responsibilites:

  • Raising orders, Invoices/Credit notes
  • Client liaison
  • Back office and catalogue monitoring & updates
  • Building prospect databases for the Sales team

Skills:

  • Administrative experience in an office setting
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of Social Media
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
