Service Improvement Advisor - Housing Association - About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a large older persons residential care and support provider who are looking to appoint a permanent Service Improvement Advisor to be part of an exciting, inspirational and creative multi skilled national team.

The role offers a salary of £34,892 per annum plus £5,800 car allowance.


Service Improvement Advisor - Housing Association - About The Role:

  • To provide high quality multi-skilled support and guidance to operational colleagues and teams against key aspirational frameworks (Wellness, Environment & Culture, Food & Nutrition & Care Practice) using a variety of tools, techniques, and evaluation methods
  • To Provide constructive, structured and motivational feedback to drive service improvements and inspire lasting change
  • The delivery of a range of themed workshops, home centric coaching sessions and targeted programmes which facilitate reflective and shared learning amongst colleagues and are tailored to individual needs
  • To promote and represent the latest research and understanding best practice care

Service Improvement Advisor - Housing Association - What You Need:

  • Proven track record in delivering service improvements within an older people care setting
  • An understanding of the UK health and social care systems and regulatory framework and is able to effectively influence external stakeholders
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills able to engage, influence and constructively challenge at all levels
  • Understanding of models of participation and personalisation taking into account lifestyle, physical and mental health needs
