Stonehouse (Hybrid Home/ Office Working)

They are a leading supplier of technical writing, technical translation, technical illustrating and integrated logisticssupport services to government and industry clients throughout the UK and Europe.
The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for the role of
Sales Coordinator to join our client's team based at their Stonehouse office.
Responsibilities:
- Administration and upkeep of Sales Opportunity Pipeline
- Administering updates of task cost models and opportunity changes
- Identifying and controlling Pipeline functionality change process
- Production / support of concise and accurate quotations and tender responses.
- Liaison with production departments to gain necessary inputs for quotes and opportunities.
- Development of cost models.
- Organisation of bid reviews and red teams.
- Management of quote and proposal templates.
- Distribution of incoming bid and proposal documentation.
- Liaison with Commercial department for Non-Disclosure Agreements.
- Organisation of sales drive and implementing folder structures in line with bid process.
- Configuration management of bid documentation.
Requirements:
- Previous working experience in a similar role.
- Confident telephone manner
- Have an eye for detail and accuracy
- Organising and attending exhibitions if / where applicable.
- Liaising with suppliers and conducting market research.
- Planning of conferences and corporate events.
