Recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Foreman who along with a salary of up to £30,000 per year, will also benefit from a company vehicle, overtime, 20 days holiday (plus all bank holidays), a pension and bonus scheme.


The Grounds Maintenance Foreman will join a well established and growing company that works across the South East and be the Working Supervisor working on a large contract that includes sites in London and the surrounding areas.


As the Grounds Maintenance Foreman, you will:

  • Work on Social Housing and Local Authority Sites (housing estates, flats, care, and support blocks) and complete a mix of grounds maintenance tasks which will include mowing, strimming, sweeping, litter picking, maintaining shrubs and beds, hedge cutting, pruning, planting and weed spraying.
  • Oversee grounds maintenance staff working on several sites ensuring they are completing their set tasks.

To be considered as the Grounds Maintenance Foreman you will need:

  • To be either an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, Working Supervisor or Foreman.
  • A minimum of two years working within the Grounds Maintenance sector.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Ideally your PA1 and PA
  • The ability to manage both your own and a wider teams work.


If you have any other related tickets, qualifications or a trailer licence that would be useful but is not a specific requirement.
