Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Coventry - up to £23k basic £27k package


A great opportunity has arisen to join this leading multi branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established in the Warwickshire are for many decades.

A highly respected brand who offer a customer service focused traditional Estate Agency service coupled with a modern environment with up to date technology.

They are currently looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator with at least 6 months' experience to join their team in Coventry.


Main Duties for the Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Role:

  • Registering applicants
  • Booking and carrying out viewings
  • Booking market appraisals
  • Negotiating offers
  • Administration of files and sales in accordance with legislation
  • Cover for other departments where necessary
  • Generating new business for other areas of the company
  • Vendor care

Skills Required:


  • Previous Estate Agency experience
  • Well presented
  • Full UK driving license and use of own car.
  • A proactive team player.
Monday - Friday 8.45am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9am pm
