The role


Our client is moving towards the next phase of customer experience - evolving to delivering integrated journeys that meet customer needs traversing both online and offline channels.


The Customer Acquisition Specialist role is part of the Customer Experience Journey teams, responsible for innovating and enhancing customer journeys, driving customer and business outcomes on a global scale.


As a Customer Experience Journey Specialist, you will:

  • Work with Customer Journey teams to maintain the acquisition areas of the journey roadmap.
  • Support with the development of the customer journey vision, direction, prioritisation, capabilities, guidelines, frameworks and outcomes.
  • Develop strategic initiatives including personalisation (across all channels and touchpoints) and website journey continuous improvement.
  • Balance customer insights, business needs, competitive analysis, and market data, collaborating with colleagues to identify customer journey opportunities.
  • Support with coordinating the alignment with crossfunctional global teams (Marketing, Content), and crossjourney collaboration with other Journey Managers.
  • Liaise with Programme Managers on marketspecific journey planning.
  • Provide insights to generate and prioritise actions based on customer and business value, collaborating with data teams to develop and implement reporting & insights.
  • Gather VOC insights from global functions, proactively seeking out external research to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Develop insights into CX opportunities, working with strategy & design teams to create research briefs and "to be" experiences.
  • Brief product and channel owners on strategic initiatives and goals.
  • Work with business functions to identify dependencies and ensure alignment.
  • Support discovery and ideation with CX and Product teams to turn research insights into deliverables.
  • Support and maintain the journey backlog.

We would like you to have

  • Knowledge of Digital Customer Experience and Customer Journeys.
  • Strong project management and planning skills the ability to manage multiple concurrent streams of work and to develop plans & roadmaps in a fastmoving GLOBAL environment.
  • Experience developing insights from data analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills international experience is advantageous.
  • The ability to research externally to facilitate creative thinking on journey opportunities.
  • Previous strategic experience in customer acquisition and / or marketing operations is desirable.
  • Knowledge and interest in current and emerging marketing technologies is advantageous.
