Coventry, hybrid (requires travel)

Circa £35,000 - £40,000

I'm working with a consumer goods business with offices in Warrington who are seeking a HR Advisor to provide guidance and support in all aspects of HR.

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will be responsible for managing a range of ER cases, as well as supporting the delivery of key projects including reward and benefits, restructure, TUPE and culture change programs within the region, supporting stakeholders across sites within the UK&I.

Responsibilities

Coach, develop and provide expert advice to managers and senior leaders across the region on all areas of the employee lifecycle.
Manage a variety of ER cases across the division including absence management, disciplinaries and grievances.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives to support the people strategy.
Support M&A activity including TUPE and redundancy.
Identify opportunities to develop and align HR policies and procedures across business entities.
Support onboarding and offboarding for all employees including organising inductions and arranging exit interviews.
Work in collaboration with the HR Hub to ensure an effective and efficient transactional HR service to all colleagues.
Identify training needs for People Managers to support future development.

Requirements:

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent desirable.
Previous experience working within a busy HR team in an advisory position.
Strong ER experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of employment legislation with experience of large scale projects ie TUPE.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others.

This role is a permanent role based in Coventry, is hybrid, and offering circa £35,000 - £40,000 per annum and requires travel.

Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
