Personal Care Worker (Female)


Lady in Markfield requires support with daily living tasks around her home and garden and assistance to access the community and activities of interest.

Support will also be needed when her main carer is not available.

A female carer is preferred so she is able to undertake her activities. She attends groups and enjoys getting out when she can.

Experience in the area of Moving & Handling is desired - but not essential as training will be given - as assistance is needed to transfer due to limited mobility.

You will be expected to drive a Motability vehicle so will need to be a confident driver with a current/clean driving license.


This is a permanent position which offers:

  • paid holiday 5.6 weeks per year (pro rata)
- workplace pension (if eligibility criteria is met)

  • Flexible working hours can be worked 1 x 5 and 2 x 4 (to fit with your needs)


A flexible approach to working is a must along with a patient and understanding nature, respect for the privacy of the individual and the need for confidentiality and discretion at all times.
