Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to partner with a prestigious and well-established firm of Chartered Accountants based in Kendal. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Tax Director/Partner to join their team.

This role presents a remarkable opportunity for a talented individual to play a key role in the strategic development and leadership of the tax department, within one of the region's most respected accountancy firms.

We are looking for someone who is not only technically proficient but also possesses exceptional leadership and client-facing skills.

You should have a proven track record in delivering high-quality tax advice and solutions, and in driving business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing the tax department
  • Providing expert tax advice and solutions to a diverse client base
  • Driving the growth and development of the firm's tax services
  • Maintaining and developing strong client relationships
  • Contributing to the strategic direction of the tax department
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations

Requirements:


  • CTA qualified or equivalent
  • Substantial experience in corporate tax within a UK practice environment
  • Proven track record in tax advisory and compliance services
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent client relationship management and business development abilities


Crowe Watson is acting as an Employment Agency, references to pay rates are indicative and salary is dependent on experience.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£80,000.00-£140,000.00 per year
