Special Education Needs Assistant

Havering

To Start Immediately

A fun fast paced school in Havering are looking for someone who can support the individual needs of a child, focusing mainly on behavioural needs.

Your role will consist of you working one-to-one, following any ECHP plans, liaising with other staffmembers, working alongside the classroom teacher, maintaining safeguarding polices.

You will also need to have knowledge and prior experience working with SEN.

The successful SEN TA will:

  • Be organised and have good time management skills
  • Be supportive and encouraging
  • Have a desire to teach
  • Good communication and interactive skills
  • Have good knowledge about the EYFS
