We are looking for anApprenticeship Delivery Coordinator to be accountable for the following:
Job Purpose
- Plan, organise and manage all communication of delivery for all training events associated to the Apprentices
- Work with all Apprenticeship teams to support the Delivery function, including Operations
- Full training will be provided for this role
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Senior Delivery Coordinator to provide correct and timely communication to apprentices
- Provide relevant information for course schedules, course confirmation, delivery options (classroom or virtual) and courseware distribution
- Provide apprentices with appropriate resources, including signposting to support systems
- Data processing on various CRM platforms
- Keep all platforms used, including OneFile and Goldmine accurate and up to date
- Ensure excellent customer service is given to our apprentices and employers
- Liaise with Functional Skills Tutor and other departments to provide communication
- Update Apprenticeship team of any changes affecting delivery of courses
- Adhere to Apprenticeship compliance and quality bodies, such as ESFA and OFSTED
- Maintain adherence to Firebrand's Standard Operating Procedures
Essential Prerequisites:
- Experience working with the Microsoft suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and ideally experience with CRM software
- Initiative and a willingness to get involved in a wide variety of tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
- Hard working and positive attitude
- Good interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Time management, organisation, and planning skills
- Adaptable to constant change
- Previous experience in an office based, customer support and administration roles are essential
