As University Recruitment Coordinator - Early Engagement, you will provide high-quality event management support for the team across a busy, fast-paced delivery calendar.

This includes high-volume attendee communications, administration and event logistics.- Do you have a high level of attention to detail, ideally with some experience of providing high-quality event, administrative or logístical support in some capacity?

Are you a strong planner and organiser?
Are you experienced in managing your own time effectively, as well as able to respond quickly to unforeseen tasks or priorities?
Do you have proven experience of building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of people?
Are you a confident and clear communicator, able to actively listen to stakeholders' needs and adapt your style accordingly?
Are you someone who embraces a proactive approach, and takes real pride in their work you'll be confident with using your own judgement to solve problems and ensure team logistics stay on track?
